To coincide with International Women’s Day, Tumut Regional Family Services with support from Snowy Valleys Council is bringing the stage production Delores to Tumut.

 The 45 minute, one act play portrays two sisters, Sandra and Dolores, who are caught in repeating patterns of domestic abuse and are dealing with it in very different ways. 

sam. productions have partnered with White Ribbon Australia to bring Dolores to regional NSW audiences in March 2019.

The Samuels sisters hope to use the play as a platform to encourage conversation about Domestic Violence and raise awareness of the support available in Australia and local communities.

As a way to acknowledge the important work done to stop violence against women nationally and locally, the girls will be donating 10% of ticket sales to White Ribbon and collecting donations for Tumut Regional Family Services.
