Regional Development Australia (RDA) - Planners and building approvals professionals wanted for bushfire assistance
Regional Development Australia (RDA) Riverina are currently seeking expressions of interest from professionals to be included in a service provider list for residents that have lost property in the recent bushfires affecting our area.
They are seeking professionals that can assist residents with the processes and the preparation of plans and documents required for obtaining necessary development and construction approvals for rebuilding and who may be able to offer their services at a discounted rate. Professionals sought include but are not limited to:
- Planning consultants;
- Accredited Bushfire Planning and Design Practitioners;
- Onsite Wastewater Management Consultants;
- Soil testing consultants;
- Licenced builders;
- Building consultants;
- Structural engineers;
- Environmental impact consultants.
Please note: the list is not a list of recommended professionals but seeks to put effected landowners in contact with professionals that can assist them through the process.

Licence over Crown Reserve 65877 – Courabyra Road, Courabyra
Expressions of Interest are being sought for a licence over the following parcel of land for a period of three years from 1 April 2020. This property is to be used for grazing purposes only.
- Crown Reserve 65877– Lot 101 DP1097291 and Lot 7002 DP1126817 Courabyra Road Courabyra being an area of approximately 11.2 ha.
Prospective licensees should note that in addition to the normal conditions related to this property a $20 million public liability policy is required.
The licensee will be responsible for payment of the Hume Livestock and Pest Authority Board rates which will be sent directly as lessee of the land.
