Tumbarumba Community Drug Forum
Locals are invited to attend a free community drug forum at the Tumbarumba High School on Tuesday 3 December.
Hosted by Tubmarumba Rotary and supported by Council the forum aims to inform and educate on the effects, risks, and treatment options of methamphetamine use, and the extent of the problem facing rural communities.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear from a panel of experts including Robyn Lewis (a woman recovering from a 37yr addiction), local police and ambulance officers, a drug & alcohol detection agency and other healthcare professionals. Q & A opportunities will follow the presentation.
