ICAC Review

ICAC has concluded there is no indication of corrupt conduct by the General Manager of Snowy Valleys Council or other NSW public officials regarding the recent termination of employment contracts of three Directors of Snowy Valleys Council.

In advice delivered to Council, ICAC referred to the review that found that the General Manager had “adhered to legal requirements and did not breach provisions” and as a result will not be investigating the matters raised any further.
