Tumut Region Street Stall Applications Now Open

Tumut Region community groups and not-for-profit organisations can now apply for 2019 street stall dates and locations.

Council is calling for submissions from Community groups and not-for-profit organisations who wish to hold a street stall in Adelong, Batlow or Tumut during 2019 to raise funds for their organisation.

Each organisation will initially be restricted to two stalls per year and Council will attempt to allocate dates in accordance with preferences.

Due to the high number of applications received for stalls on Thursdays and Fridays, organisations are restricted to only one stall per year on either day, unless vacancies exist after the initial allocation of applications.

All street stall operators are required to hold public liability insurance ($20,000,000) and supply a copy with their application.

Applications close at 5pm on Friday 7 December 2018.  Conditions apply

Street stall approvals will be granted for the next 12 months.  Council will notify organisations of their street stall dates in writing.

Application forms are available for download from Council’s website www.svc.nsw.gov.au/street-stalls or can be collected from Council’s Tumut Office, 76 Capper Street Tumut.

Street stall applications for Adelong and Batlow can also be made through the local Libraries.
