Council is required to keep a register of occurrences in which development applications have been determined that resulted in a variation to a development standard.
Council will give notice of a Development Application to affected persons where, in the responsible Council Officer’s opinion, the enjoyment of the land may be detrimentally affected.
Council’s contributions plan establishes where developer contributions apply and how they are calculated. The plans also include the infrastructure works that may be funded through any contributions collected.
