Strategies Plans and Reporting

Council uses a range of plans and strategies to help guide decision making and provide services for the community. Developed incorporating extensive input from the public, these documents form the foundations on which the organisation operates. 

Integral to the decision making is ongoing monitoring and review, and regular reporting on our progress towards achieving the goals and aspirations of the community

 

Integrated Planning and Reporting

The Integrated Planning and Reporting (IP&R) Framework includes a suite of integrated plans that set out a vision and goals and strategic actions to achieve them. It involves a reporting structure to communicate progress to council and the community as well as a structured timeline for review to ensure the goals and actions are still relevant.
