Snowy Valleys Council public business hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (excluding Public Holidays), during which time you will be able to receive assistance across our range of services.
Non-urgent calls received outside of business hours will be responded to in a timely manner once business resumes.

Tumbarumba Office - Bridge Street, Tumbarumba; P: 1300 275 782 (1300 ASK SVC)
The ServiceNSW desk in Tumbarumba will be operating on changed hours until Monday 7th December 2020. To allow for staff movements the counter will be closed for one hour each day from 1pn to 2pm.
