Are You Bogged Mate
It's been a tough couple of years with Black Summer Bushfires, drought and Covid lockdowns. Do you sometimes feel like you get bogged down in the mud?
Come along to the Jingellic Hub on Tuesday 15 February at 8:30am for a free breakfast and workshop with leading Mental Health Advocate Mary O’Brien.
This is a men's only event hosted by SVC, Greater Hume Council and PHN Murrumbidgee. Free entry and breakfast provided.
RSVP - Kathy Stewart Ph 0497 438 790 or [email protected]
Mary O'Brien is passionate advocate for agriculture and was raised on the land. She has tailored her approach specifically to the mental health needs of men who grapple with isolation, the stress of running a farm and the emotional toll of dealing with drought, bushfires, failed crops and lack of water.
This is a Covid-safe event.
