Join us at Tumut Skatepark’s on Saturday 11 April for an action-packed day of skating, learning, and community connection. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to level up your skills, this is your chance to ride with the experienced skate team from TOTEM Skateboarding and be part of something special.
The day kicks off at 10am with a Learn to Skate class, followed by a mentoring session for intermediate riders, before wrapping up with a Skate and Scooter JAM with plenty of prizes up for grabs. You can find the full schedule on the booking page.
This event is free for young people aged 12 to 24 years and there is a FREE return bus for participants from Tumbarumba - Departs 9 am and Batlow - stops for pick-ups at 9:30 am - Arrives at Tumut Skatepark by 10 am.

What class will best suit my child?
The beginner class is for skill level 0 to 1, and the intermediate class and self-expression jam session are for skill level 2 to 3. You can find more details on the booking page.
Do I need my own equipment?
No, professional grade equipment; skateboard, helmet, and safety pads (optional) are provided for all classes. You are also welcome to bring your own equipment.
Can my child travel solo on the bus from Tumbarumba or Batlow?
Yes, there will be a Council Officer on the bus.
