Female Amenities Block For Tumut Bull Paddock Reserve

Council will soon begin constructing new female change rooms and amenities at Tumut’s Bull Paddock Recreation Reserve.

The new facility will have both visitor and home change rooms and shower facilities for female teams, provide storage, an umpire’s room, and all abilities amenities.

These great new facilities will support the enjoyment, accessibility, and inclusivity for the over 8,000 people who use the Bull Paddock Reserve and will help increase the levels of female participation in local sports - including Tumut Eagles Football Club, Tumut Rugby Union Club, Tumut Little Athletics, Tumut Cricket Club, Tumut Oz tag, Tumut AFL and the primary and high schools who attend the schools athletics carnivals each year.

Council has received grant funding towards the project from Stronger Country Communities Fund R4 (SCCF4) and The Office of Sport Female Friendly Community Sport Facilities and Lighting Upgrades Grant Program.
