Free Pool Parties Make a Splash These School Holidays

Snowy Valleys Council is encouraging the community to cool off and enjoy the summer holidays with a series of FREE Pool Parties at all Council-owned swimming pools this January.

The events will offer free entry all day and inflatable water fun (weather permitting), giving children, young people and families a fun and safe way to beat the heat and make the most of the school holiday break.

The festive fun will roll out across the region on the following dates:

• Tumut Pool – Saturday 10 January -10am to 6.30pm - SVC Youth Council hosting a BBQ fundraiser (cash only)

• Khancoban – Saturday 10 January - 12pm to 6.30pm - KUVA hosting a BBQ fundraiser

• Batlow – Saturday 17 January - 12.30pm to 6.00pm - SVC Youth Council hosting a BBQ fundraiser (cash only)

• Adelong and Tumbarumba – Saturday 24 January

The pool parties are part of Council’s Summer school holiday activities and aim to support community connection, wellbeing and active lifestyles during the summer period.

These events are proudly funded through the Regional Youth Holiday Break Program, supported by the NSW Department of Regional NSW.
