The new amenities building at the southern end of the existing car park, on the site of the old storage room, is now finished. It features home and away changerooms with showers and toilets, along with separate female, male and accessible toilets for spectators and users. The facility also includes a kiosk, referee room, storage space, and a roofed verandah overlooking the oval.

The outdated facilities were demolished to make way for the new building, providing Tumut with a modern space to host sporting events, reduce congestion at other local fields, and give local teams an improved facility to enjoy their favourite sports.

Funding

The project was funded by an $800,000 grant from the NSW Government's Round Five of the Stronger Country Communities Fund.
