FOGO Bag Voucher
All households with a FOGO collection service can access an annual FOGO bag voucher for a roll of compostable caddy liners. The current voucher expires on 30 June 2024 and a new voucher will be activated on 1 July 2024.
The bag voucher is available via the Snowy Valleys Council Waste app and can be redeemed at Council offices and resource recovery centres. The app is available for both iOS and Android Devices.
Download the app to your mobile in three easy steps:
- Go to the app store or google play store
- Search for 'Snowy Valleys Council Waste'
- Install the free app and accept push notifications.

Caddy Liner Voucher Guidelines
- Only one voucher per household can be redeemed
- The voucher is valid for one year
- You will need to open your SVC Waste App and show your digital voucher for staff to scan
- If you don't have an app supported device, you will need to provide ID and proof of address for staff to redeem your voucher
- If you are having problems accessing your voucher you might need to update your app
As well as access to FOGO bag vouchers, use the SVC Waste app to:
- access quarterly waste vouchers
- set alarms for bin night
- report missed services
- learn more about what to put in each bin
- locate your nearest SVC Resource Recovery Centre
