Get It Right On Bin Night

Correct bin placement helps our drivers pick up your bins, please make sure you:

  • Place your bins out the night before as routes commence early in the morning
  • Allow at least 1m distance between the bins to enable the truck arm to reach each bin
  • Face the wheels towards the property/house
  • Place on flat ground where possible
  • Make sure it's away from obstructions (trees, telegraph poles, vehicles)
  • Please do not overfill the bin (60kg weight limit). If the lid does not close, not only can birds get in and make a huge mess, when the bin is lifted the overloaded contents will fall onto the street causing litter and debris.

Failure to follow these simple rules may result in your bin not being collected.
