Snowy Valleys Community Grants

Each financial year, Snowy Valleys Council in partnership with other organisations (Snowy Hydro and Heritage NSW) makes funds available under its Community Grants Program for local non-profit community groups and in some categories individuals. The aim of the program is to support a wide range of activities that supports and enhances community wellbeing.

Bushfire Recovery Event Funding

Snowy Valleys Council was awarded funding through the Bushfire Community Resilience and Economic Recovery Fund, from the Commonwealth-State Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements to help deliver quick, flexible, small-scale support for Major Events, Community Events and Business Events to be hosted in the region before 31 October 2020.

Snowy Valleys Scholarships through Charles Sturt University

Each year Snowy Valleys Council is proud to support three, eligible Charles Sturt University Students from our local community, with the opportunity to apply for a $3,500 scholarship.
