Council utilises the electronic tendering platform Tenderlink to conduct tender processes for projects where the expenditure is expected to be over $220,000. To download tender documents you will need to register for the platform.

In addition to Council's internal Tendering Policy, all tendering in NSW Local Government is governed by the NSW Local Government Act 1993, Section 55 and the NSW Local Government (General) Regulation 2005, Part 7.
