Council Appoints Interim CEO

Snowy Valleys Council has made the decision to appoint Hamish McNulty as the organisation’s interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO), following the resignation of Matthew Hyde.

Mr McNulty has extensive experience in NSW Local Government and previously held the position of General Manager at the merged Cumberland Council.

Mr McNulty brings with him a strong background in financial management, communications and engagement, and a significant understanding of the importance of engaging with the community.

He will support the organisation while Council goes through the process of selecting a permanent General Manager.

Mr McNulty will start his interim position with the organisation on 4 July 2022.
