Snowy Valleys Council Pools will open for another swim season starting this Saturday.

General access to pools will be staggered from mid-October to mid-November with pools at Tumut and Adelong opening on Saturday the 7th of October while Batlow, Tumbarumba and Khancoban are scheduled to open on the 11th of November.

Pools fees have been re-introduced for this season and there are several different options available, including daily admissions, family day tickets, single, family, and concession season passes and after-hours access.

Daily admission and family day tickets will be available for purchase directly from pool staff during operating hours.

Enthusiastic swimmers can also apply for annual passes and after-hour access cards that can be utilised across all council pools during opening hours. To apply applicants must complete the online application form and email it to [email protected]. A customer service representative will then make contact to arrange payment and collection of passes.

All pools are also available for hire to local schools and community groups at the discretion of the Pool Supervisor.  Learn to swim and exercise classes are also held at different pools across the season. People should contact their local pool supervisor during operating hours for more details.
